WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELAYED. WHAT DO I DO?

Postal delays aren't uncommon so if the package is still within the allotted time where it's not considered a lost package, wait for it to be delivered to you.

Xiola Shop. All designs and items are for personal use only and any unlawful
redistribution, reproduction, alteration or transmission of any artwork,
illustrations, characters, graphics and/or design on this website in any form
or by any means, is strictly prohibited and publishible by Canada, USA and
international copyright laws. We do not give permission to any reselling or
redistribution of our items.

CAN I GET A REFUND?
