Shipping cost is free to domestic orders in Canada over $60 USD. Shipping cost is free to the US over $70 USD and international over $90 USD.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or the wrong item has been shipped. If damaged, please review our returns and refund policy. Kindly email us at email@example.com and provide photos of the problem and we will initiate a return or replacement.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELAYED. WHAT DO I DO?
Postal delays aren't uncommon so if the package is still within the allotted time where it's not considered a lost package, wait for it to be delivered to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
