How You'll Receive Your Products

Instant Delivery

The moment your payment is confirmed, you'll receive:

Order confirmation email – Proof of your purchase
Download link email – Direct links to your files
Account access – If you have an account, files appear in your order history

This usually happens within seconds! ⚡

Where to Find Your Downloads

You can access your files in multiple ways:

📧 Email: Check your inbox (and spam folder!) for the download email
👤 Account: Log into your Xiola Shop account and visit your order history
🧾 Order confirmation page: Download links appear right after checkout

Download Link Details

How Long Are Links Valid?

Your download links are available for 30 days and can be used up to 5 times. This gives you plenty of time to grab your files and save them safely.

Save Your Files!

Once downloaded, please save your files somewhere safe (like a dedicated folder, cloud storage, or backup drive). We recommend:

💾 Saving to your computer
☁️ Backing up to Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud
📁 Organizing in a "Xiola Shop Purchases" folder

Didn't Get Your Download?

Don't panic! Here's what to do:

1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Sometimes our emails get a little lost. Look for emails from @xiolashop.com or @shopify.com.

2. Check Your Order Confirmation

Go back to the order confirmation page (if you still have it open) or check your email for a receipt—download links are often included there.

3. Log Into Your Account

If you have an account, your purchases are saved in your order history with fresh download links.

4. Contact Us

Still stuck? We've got you! Email us with your order number and we'll send new download links right away.

File Formats

Our digital products come in various formats depending on the product type:

Shopify Themes: .zip files (upload directly to Shopify)
Graphics & Templates: .png, .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .psd, etc.
Fonts: .ttf, .otf, .woff files
Documents: .pdf files

Check the product description for specific file formats before purchasing!

Need Help Opening Files?

If you're not sure how to use a file format:

📦 .zip files: Right-click and "Extract All" (Windows) or double-click (Mac)
🎨 .ai or .psd files: Require Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
📄 .pdf files: Open with any PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview, etc.)

Product descriptions list any software requirements. Not sure if you have the right software? Ask us before you buy!
