Refund Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! But since we sell digital products, our refund policy works a little differently than a typical store. Here's everything you need to know.
The Short Version
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
Because digital files can't be "returned" like a physical product (you'd still have the files!), we generally cannot offer refunds after you've downloaded your purchase. This is standard practice for digital goods and helps us continue creating awesome products for you.
Before You Buy
We want you to make informed decisions! That's why we provide:

- 📝 Complete product descriptions
- 💬 The ability to ask questions before purchasing
- 🎁 Free samples and freebies so you can try our style

When We WILL Issue a Refund
We understand things don't always go perfectly. We'll gladly help in these situations:
Defective or Corrupted Files
If you download a file and it's corrupted, broken, or doesn't work as described, let us know right away. We'll either:
- Send you a working replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
Wrong Product Delivered
Oops! If we somehow sent you the wrong product (hey, we're human!), we'll make it right immediately with the correct files or a refund.
Duplicate Purchase
Accidentally bought the same thing twice? No problem—we'll refund the duplicate.
Major Undisclosed Issues
If a product has a significant issue that wasn't mentioned in the description and we can't fix it, we'll work with you on a solution.
When We Can't Offer a Refund
To be fair to everyone (including us!), we can't refund:
- ❌ "I changed my mind" after downloading
- ❌ "I don't know how to use it" (but we CAN help you learn!)
- ❌ "It doesn't match my expectations" when the product matches its description
- ❌ Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- ❌ Products where you've already used or published the files

How to Request a Refund
If you have a valid refund situation:
- Email us at shop@xiolashop.com
- Include your order number
- Describe the issue (screenshots help!)
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
Cancellations
Since digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. The download link is sent immediately, so please make sure you want the product before completing checkout.
