To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, standard shipping within Canada is UNTRACKED. We may track for bigger/heavier items.
Standard shipping to the US/Internationally is UNTRACKED for light or small items such as stickers/prints/keychains, but tracked for bigger/heavier items.
We ship worldwide. As a guide, here are the expected delivery times to the following countries:

- Europe 7 - 25 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7 - 25 business days

- Latin America and the Caribbean: 7 - 25 business days

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Xiola Shop does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.
Xiola Shop may help to trace a missing parcel, however, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
If you selected tracking, please contact me. For tracked domestic packages that show no sign of movement after 30 days or no tracking updates and we will issue you a refund.
For international, 60 days of shipping time with no sign of movement or tracking updates and we will issue you a refund.
